This hearty dish is made in a large unglazed earthenware pot, with ingredients grilled in chicken fat on a hotplate.It is grilled over charcoal, which has good thermal efficiency, so the flavor is concentrated and not lost.The main ingredient is of course the homemade rice crackers grilled over the remaining charcoal, which are delicious.Our waitresses will cook your meal with all their heart.
